Works at or near the airport, depending on car company location. Greets passengers and fills out contract for rentals. Can make new reservations. Assists clients in determining additional coverage.

Shuttle Driver
Drives the shuttle from airport to actual car location. Assists clients in finding rental car. Moves cars on the lot. May check in cars upon return for express service. Ensures that the fleet is in proper working condition.

Reservationist
Makes reservations for car rentals. Accesses various rates via computer and takes down necessary information to reserve the car. May take calls from agents or clients. Ensures that sufficient amount of car types are available at any given time. Analyzes need and recommends minimum rental availability.

Marketing
Determines promotions to build up business. May work with print and media advertising. May interface with sales representatives. May handle some public relations. Build frequent renter business and ties with other types of travel. Meet with agencies and corporations to build a business relationship. Help solve problems agents or corporate clients may have.
