As you study the following deck plans, note that the decks are named. Deck names change with the cruise line/cruise ship.

Note the relationship of decks, one above another, and the relationship between cabins, public areas and the crew/service areas. Cabins away from public and service areas are more desirable. Note inside and outside cabins.
