Each course requires approximately 100 hours to complete. Students wishing to complete the 20 course diploma are required to have 500 hours of hospitality work experience prior to commencement of course 300. Work experience gained in hospitality industry prior to enrolling in the program will be credited to the 500 hours. Faculty Professors presently teach at colleges and universities internationally or are industry executives. Collectively, our faculty has over 200 years of hospitality industry experience as well as over 100 years of teaching experience. We will do our part to see that you are comfortable with the material and that all your questions are answered to your satisfaction.
