Careers
This course is designed for those who desire to gain employment in the international
world of hotels & resorts, event planning, attractions, casinos and cruise ships. Entry
level positions, such as front desk, guest services, food and beverage operations, sales and
marketing, hotel accounting, rooms divisions, human resources, and administration,
are available to graduates. Supervisory and management positions range from front of
house to back of house operations and corporate positions in head office. An experienced
graduate may become a director of food & beverage, housekeeping, human resources, and general
manager.

There is no need to travel to attend a college campus and, since you set the schedule,
there is no need to give up your job. Students may begin with individual hotel management courses,
a ten course certificate in restaurant management, a ten course certificate in hotel operations
or a twenty course diploma in hotel management. Upon completion, students are qualified to
apply for advanced standing into a degree program at partner universities.
