Independent Travel Agent School Requirements

After purchasing the Independent Agent Package you will be given a user name and password to access TravelCampus. Upon entering (the travel agent school) you will be assigned an instructor to guide you through and answer any questions and grade your quizzes and exams.

TravelCampus will send you information on your host agency, travel specific marketing materials, ASTA Future Travel Professional membership, TravelSales software and access to TripItineraries.

Note - Individual product prices are provided as part of package and may not be available separately. Refunds are based on the individual product refund policies. Prices of individual products may also be dependent on the successful completion of the TravelCampus courses.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Individual companies are responsible for their own services and products and are not responsible for the services or products of one another, nor associated in any other way unless otherwise stated.

Prices are part of package and may not be available separately. The product price and ability to purchase that product may be based on the successful completion of TravelCampus courses.

Students not successfully completing a TravelCampus course may purchase a new course at the regular, non-package price and retake the course.

Refund Policy - All moneys paid by an applicant will be refunded if the applicant notifies the school of cancellation or termination of his or her purchase in writing within three business days after the applicant signs the purchase contract and pays said moneys.

Refunds after three day cancellation period will be calculated in the following manner. All TravelCampus and ASTA courses accessed will be charged at the non-package price. Additional package products and services received will be charged as used. An additional 10% of the total package price will be charged per month from date of purchase.

It is understood and agreed that if you fail to pay for your account in accordance with these terms and conditions, and it becomes necessary to place your account with a collection agency, you will be liable for all costs incurred for such service. (This includes 30% collection charges, attorney fees, all court costs and interest.)

NOTICE: Any holder of this consumer credit contract is subject to all claims and defenses which the debtor could assert against the seller of goods or services obtained pursuant hereto or with the proceeds hereof. Recovery thereunder by the debtor shall not exceed amounts paid by the debtor here.
