PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS
CURRENT STUDENTS EDUCATORS and Student Policies
TravelCampus is the first comprehensive travel and tourism training that is completely internet delivered. Created from the successful and widely used Education Systems' materials, TravelCampus benefits from an experienced and knowledgeable travel and development staff. Students benefit from the freedom of online courses and maintain important contact and guidance from instructors.
Registration and payment for the course entitles the student access to
the course curriculum, qualified course administrator/instructors, exams,
grading and annotation, discussion areas and the job board. The job board constitutes TravelCampus' placement assistance. For the past 3 years greater than 80% of the students who earnestly searched for positions in the Travel Industry were able to find employment.
Admission Requirements
High School Diploma or GED and must also be beyond the age of compulsory high school attendance.
Standards of Progress
Exam scores and completion of assignments determine a students satisfactory
progress. Each course must be completed within 90 days of registration.
If not completed within 90 days, the student will be required to repurchase
and retake that individual course.
TravelCampus and Education SystemsLLC, issue certificates of completion
upon the students successful completion the series of courses for any of the career tracks.
Certificates will
be mailed to each individual. Successful completion of each course requires
passing all required exams with an 80% average or greater. Please note, certificates ARE NOT issued for individual courses.
Each exam may only be accessed and submitted one time. Students not able to
complete their exam after beginning will be required to repurchase and
retake the complete course.
School Administration
TravelCampus is owned and operated by Education SystemsLLC, a Utah company,
whose main offices are located at 11038 Longdale Circle, Sandy, Utah 84092,
801-572-3454. The company owners are Roy Scott and Sharon Scott, CTC. The School Directors are: Lisa Wade, B. S. and Deonna Weight, A.S. Instructors include: Lisa Chriss and Julie Dyches.
All instructors have successfully completed an instructor training seminar and have between seven and twenty years of experience in the travel industry.
Student Conduct Policy
Students are subject to dismissal for unsatisfactory conduct and will not
receive a refund. The principal classifications of unsatisfactory conduct
are:
Students will be considered for readmittance upon signing an agreement
to comply with all school policies.
Instructional Support
Course Administrator emails a welcome letter to the student to begin unrestricted
email communication and support, then contacts the student on a regular
basis regarding progress; corrects, annotates and grades Exercises and
Reviews. Questions will be answered within 24 hours on regular business days.
Telephone tutoring can be arranged for $15.00 per 10 minute session.
Previous Credit
TravelCampus does not grant credit or tuition discounts for previous classes.
Refund Policy
All monies paid by an applicant will be refunded if the applicant notifies the school of cancellation or termination of his or her enrollment in writing within three business days after the applicant has registered and paid for a course, prior to the course being accessed. The student may apply for a refund for 90 days from the date of registration if the course has not been accessed in any way. Once a course has been accessed, no refund will be granted.

Travel Campus does not offer student loans.
State Policies
Travel Campus maintains a Surety Bond for $25,000 held by the Utah State Consumer Protection Division.

Registration under the Utah Post secondary Proprietary School Act does not mean that the State of Utah supervises, recommends, approves, nor accredits the institution. It is the student's responsibility to determine whether credits, degrees, or certificates from the institution will transfer to other institutions or meet employer's training requirements. This may be done by calling the prospective school or employer. The institution is not accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education.

or physical work or software, belonging to the school or other students.

Cheating on an exam or other material.

The use of another students or individuals work or material for a grade.

Personal behavior that is disruptive to the learning environment, including:
abusive language, intimidation, flagrant lack of respect for the staff
or the peaceful enjoyment of other students and staff of TravelCampus.

The unlawful or unethical use of the TravelCampus curriculum, programming
or communication as determined by TravelCampus.
