COURSE TITLE:	BSP Agent Billing Reports and Procedures
MODULE OBJECTIVE:	To provide learners with an understanding of the standard and optional BSP Agent Billing Reports and files, and correct any discrepancies, if and when they occur. This Module will familiarize you with the BSP Agent Billing Reports and Procedures. You will be shown the BSP Reporting Calendar for Agents and the range of Billing Reports available for the Agents in the BSP system. You will also have explained the details of the BSP Agent Billing Reports and how to request a correction for any discrepancy you may discover.
OUTCOMES:	By completing this module you will be able to: Understand the Reporting Calendar Recognize and understand the main BSP Billing Reports Learn about optional BSP Reports Learn how to report Billing discrepancies and understand the correction mechanisms available

COURSE OUTLINE:

There are 5 lessons in this training module. Each lesson ends with a summary of Key Learning Points. Study Check questions are included in all but Lesson 5. The Module ends with a set of online review questions to assess your learning. Students who enroll, complete this online module and receive a review question score of 80% or higher will receive a BSP Reporting module completion letter. The letter of attestation will only be printed in the name of the person who logs-in. There is a pass grade of 80% for Lesson 5 review questions. If you do not receive at least 80% you will have to purchase the Module again in order to retake the Module and exam.
